Recipes Galore Website
Introduction
Recipes Galore is a website dedicated to providing recipes to any type of chef. Its goal is to make it easy for anyone to find the recipe they are looking for and create it in their own kitchen.
Project Brief
Design and develop a responsive website called Recipes Galore that would display recipes to the user in a simple and logical way
Display the ingredients and instructions in a clear and simple to read layout
Display images of the final product of the recipe that is being explained to the user
Website had to be simple to use on mobile version for people to easily access and save recipes
Goals
Male or female ammeter at home cooks who cook for either themselves or for their family
Higher level male or female chefs who want to look for inspiration or other ideas to try and cook
Audience
The color scheme of the website was oranges and shades of blue, giving it a home kitchen feel
Recipes were needed to display to the user including ingredients, instructions and measurements
An image of the recipe being shown was also needed so the user can see the finished product
Gathering Content
Large header at the top of the site along with the navigation to make it easy for the user to navigate
In mobile view, the navigation moves to the left side of the page rather than the top of the page
An image of the recipe being made is next to the name of the recipe in large letters
The recipe including ingredients and instructions take up the main section of the page, and is displayed in a easy to read layout
