Spooky Streaming

Introduction

Spooky Streaming is a mock website created for a streaming platform solely focused on horror movies. They are essentially a Netflix for horror nerds.

Create a static prototype homepage of a horror streaming platform called Spooky Streaming
Display one main series to the user with a small thumbnail and information about the series along with all its episodes
Create a suggestions section that shows the user similar options to the main display on the screen for them to enjoy

Males 18+ who enjoy the horror genre whether its movies or series, and most content is rated R
Females 18+ who enjoy the horror genre whether its movies or series, and most content is rated R

Spooky Streaming is a client dedicated to the scary and mysterious, so use a darker color scheme of grey and blue
Certain thumbnails and titles had to be chosen to display on the main screen being developed
Logo/title was simple but effective in keeping the attention on the content rather than the platform itself

The header/navigation is not too big at the top to keep the attention on the content being shown
Since this was a prototype of one page, there was one main series being shown to the user, so this section is large and attention grabbing
The suggested shows/movies are split into three columns to keep even spacing on the page and not look to cluttered
Small thumbnail along with a dropdown to show each episode to the user is included in the main section of the page
